The
museum houses a variety of collections of permanent
and temporary exhibitions and also items associated
with the district of Claremont. Originally the building
was a school, the first one built between Perth and
Freemantle.
Claremont
Museum is situated in lovely parkland beside the Swan
River, a short walk from the CBD of historic Claremont.
A children's playground and picnic facilities are provided
